Description

Ä°htilal ("Revolution") is a 2 player strategy board game where the objective is to hold power over the people and the institutions of 1950 to 1980s Turkey. The players choose between centre-left or centre-right. Meanwhile the incidents that shaped the Turkish history appear as "Event Cards" and steer the game, sometimes foiling your plans, sometimes working in your favor. The players try to manage independent political organizations, infiltrate institutions such as the army and the police and make place for themselves on the board as well, which represents various cities and regions. The game takes about 1 hour from start to finish including setup.
